The Cátedra de Empresa y Humanismo of the University of Valencia is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a recipient of a major grant from the Ministry of Finance, Economy and Public Administration to develop the project 'What do companies talk about in their sustainability reports? A study on the tourism sector in the Valencian Community'.
The CEiH is committed to promoting responsible and sustainable business practices in the Valencian Community and thanks to This grant from the Ministry will be able to continue working in this direction. The funding provided by the grant will enable the Chair to carry out research, implement initiatives and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve tangible results.
This project aims to gain a deeper understanding of the content of the sustainability reports of companies in the Valencian tourism sector through text mining.The sample will include companies with diverse characteristics in terms of size, industrial sector and reference model used to prepare the report.
