The event focused on the critical elements for managing teams in 21st century companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Four pillars support the action of an effective leader in the current context:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Make visible the results of projects and their consequences.<\/strong><br>Enabling people to make sense of their work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increase communication<\/strong>: <br>The pace of information exchange is currently fast, but the level of absorption and understanding is low. We need to make sure that the message gets through.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Make yourself available to your team members<\/strong>: Give them time one on one, listen, become knowledgeable and aware of their context. &#039;I am me and my circumstances\u2026&#039;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Encourage face-to-face meetings<\/strong>:<br>Give face-to-face meetings a new meaning. Make it a special moment to establish and strengthen ties between the people who make up your team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>These 4 pillars translate into <strong>7 key activities of the leader<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Make the purpose clear. <\/strong>The why of things.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Establish a new rhythm of work and communication. <\/strong>Leave room for conciliation and personal development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitor each person&#039;s ability and team progress.<\/strong> Unload the straggler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Make yourself more visible.<\/strong> Let them know they can come to you at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increase communication. <\/strong>Over-communicate to get the message across.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Empower your team.<\/strong> Promotes the creation of leaders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ensures team well-being and confidence <\/strong>and each of its members.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>When technology and knowledge-intensive work have undermined the traditional foundations of power, leadership is needed more than ever.
